Located at 222 North LaSalle Street, Prime & Provisions is positioned on the border of River North and Loop area. The steakhouse consists of a 12,000-square-foot space, spanning from the ground floor to the second floor dining area. The restaurant seats approximately 300 guests inside, as well as 50 guests in the outdoor garden patio.
Dineamic Hospitality partners, David Rekhson and Lucas Stoioff, chose the nearly 100-year-old building, owned by the Crown family, because of the location, cityscape views and the upcoming Chicago riverwalk project. Wrapping around the bustling corner of LaSalle and Wacker, Prime & Provisions highlights the vintage opulence of the building’s character and creates a social experience that connects the modern-day patron with the sophistication and glamour of the era in which the building was first constructed.
The menu celebrates the simplicity of true steakhouse cuisine. In an era inundated with restaurant concepts all vying to tap into the newest trend, or meld the most avant-garde ingredients, Prime & Provisions reconnects with traditional steakhouse roots.
