Led by Bonhomme Hospitality, CELESTE is known for having one of the most innovative cocktail programs in River North, executed with fresh ingredients and small batch spirits pulled from a carefully curated collection of over 350 bottles. To round off the beverage program, the bar team also offers a quirky selection of season-appropriate beers that are produced by leaders in the craft beer community, as well as a thoughtful by-the-glass wine menu featuring New and Old World offerings.
